Biography
Reggie is a Burmese-born Australian creative entrepreneur leading AWZA, a creative venture studio actively exploring projects ranging from digital avatar content creation to AI animation. With over 15 years of experience across music, advertising, and creative industries in the Asia-Pacific region, Reggie has gained recognition for his multidisciplinary and innovative approach to content and experiences.

He previously founded CLUB MEDIA, a creative production agency known for intersecting entertainment and emerging technologies, servicing renowned brands like Sprite, Puma, Adidas, and GUCCI. His other ventures include establishing iconic Shanghai nightlife hotspots Arkham and Arcade, and event production company Sonically Transmitted Disease, which organised and promoted shows in China for over 100 international acts, including Pusha T, Flying Lotus, and Anderson .Paak.

Reggie was also the Creative Director, and General Manager for 88rising China and was pivotal in transforming the emerging entertainment brand into a cornerstone of global Asian youth culture.

Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavours, Reggie has taken on several high-profile consulting and advisory roles. These include serving as a Digital Strategist in Residence for the Australian Council for the Arts, a mentor for iHub at the Australian Institute of Music, and serving on the programming committee for Screen Producers Australia’s conferences Screen Forever and GENR8. In 2021, Reggie was acknowledged as one of the Top 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians.
