Erica is the Head of Production at Easy Tiger, overseeing budgeting, production, post and delivery. In her 2 years with the company, she has worked on more than 10 productions through an exceptionally busy period.

Previously, she was Head of Production Finance at Endemol Shine Australia, leading a large team of production accountants and overseeing the finances of more than 25 productions annually.

Having started her career in production offices across Australian film and television, Erica draws on her combined production and finance expertise to guide teams, navigate complex budgets, and deliver smart, creative solutions.
