She's produced 120 hours of short-form content for national broadcaster NITV/SBS and worked on the Executive team producing the Commonwealth Government's 2012 media campaign on Ear Health in collaboration with First Nation’s radio and film outlets. Over the past 10-years, she has worked at Fringe Dweller Films producing various digital media projects for social justice agencies.

Lisa’s skills are grounded her work in community-led initiatives with marginalised communities spanning across Australia. She established the first community-led healing centre in Alice Springs. At a state level, she worked as the Workforce Development Officer and Quality Assurance Officer for the Victorian Social and Emotional Wellbeing workforce for Aboriginal community-led health organisations. She offers skills in cross-sector relations, cultural awareness, and social impact and leads with a strong sense of justice.

In 2019, Lisa produced NITV’s Our Stories opening episodes InsideOUT and Rapping it Up, as well as Sasha Sarago’s Too Pretty to be Aboriginal. Her first feature doc KillJoy was selected as one of five projects for the New Perspectives Pitch 2021 lead by Doc Society, AFTRS, AIDC and ScreenNSW and crowned ‘joint winner’.

The project was selected for Doc Society’s 2022/23 Art+Impact Fellowship. In 2022, KillJoy was successful through Screen Australia Producer Program with following support from Vic Screen and Shark Island. KillJoy is currently in post-production.
