Cecilia Low is a producer dedicated to social impact narrative storytelling. Co-producer of the award-winning feature drama SOME HAPPY DAY (2021), which premiered on SBS ON DEMAND and now streams on PRIME.

Under the banner of SOUP KITCHEN PRODUCTIONS, Cecilia’s development slate includes a kids ghost story (feature), an uplifting family feature, a limited sci-fi series about alien abduction, a music comedy series, a teen survivor thriller, and a 2 hander dramedy about digging tunnels.

Recently, Cecilia produced the music-comedy web series SUGARHOPE RECORDS (2023) by multi Green Room award-winning comedian Jude Perl. In 2022 she expanded her post-production knowledge working with Post Lab IO on acclaimed Aussie horror LATE NIGHT WITH THE DEVIL. Cecilia’s other credits include multiple award-winning short films, including HARVEY (Best International Film, Austin After Dark 2021) and WHILE THE CAT’S AWAY (Best Fiction, Sony Film Festival 2021), as well as music videos for artists such as Missy Higgins and Witchgrinder.

With a background as a dancer in major productions such as THE LION KING (West End & Shanghai), CHICAGO (West End, Asia, Australia), and as an actor in shows like FAKE (Paramount+), CLICKBAIT (Netflix), LOVE ME (Binge), THE CLEARING (Disney+) Cecilia brings her stage and screen storytelling experience to all aspects of filmmaking.

With a deep respect for rhythm, energy, and intuition, she weaves creative vision with pragmatic flow, always seeking the sweet spot between bold ideas and real-world impact.
