Michelle is an award-winning screen content producer with over two decades of experience across multiple formats and genres. She is a co-founder of Hardy White Pictures with director, Erin White. Hardy White Pictures is currently co-producing the third series of AUSTIN with Northern Pictures for the ABC. In 2025, Michelle served as the Head of Industry Programs at The Mercury in Adelaide. From 2020 to 2024, Michelle was an Associate Producer on three seasons of drama series, UNDER THE VINES, which was produced in association with Hardy White Pictures for AcornTV and TVNZ. Since 2020, Michelle has been employed by Screen Producers Australia, working across their industry programs. From 2017 to 2020, she was the VP of Scripted Development at Essential Media. Her notable scripted broadcast credits include the sketch comedy series WHAM BAM THANK YOU MA’AM, half-hour comedy TIMOTHY, and the International Emmy® Award-winning series #7DAYSLATER. Prior to moving into scripted Michelle produced on factual programs including THE GREAT OUTDOORS and BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS as well as producing branded content for agencies, networks and production companies in the UK and Australia.
