Specialising in media, film and television, Stephanie has a passion for the creative industries and a unique combination of practical industry and legal experience. Having worked in various capacities across production within studio teams, state and federal arts agencies, in-house at the national broadcaster, and in private practice, Stephanie’s knowledge spans the breadth of IP practice including copyright, competition marketing and consumer law, advertising clearance and brand protection. She most enjoys assisting creatives and filmmakers through content development, production and the intricacies of funding and tax incentives. Stephanie was an inaugural Guiding Councillor to the Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AIMCo) and co-authored the Australian chapter of International Advertising Law (Globe Law and Business). She volunteers with the Arts Law Centre of Australia and through various early career mentoring programs.
