Massey brings his extensive experience in international distribution, co-productions, and the development of scripted and unscripted series and films. Massey currently represents the hit international scripted format, NO ACTIVITY, which is the most-adapted scripted format in the past five years globally. As a global scripted and unscripted format expert, Massey previously joined US-based producer Storyworld Entertainment, where he focused on developing US adaptations of hit scripted formats from Eastern Europe and Russia. Throughout his career Massey has helped build multiple international television divisions, first at major independent international studio Eyeworks, and later at Film & TV studio IM Global. Previously, Massey sold factual and reality series for US producer GRB Entertainment and oversaw the development, production, and global distribution of hundreds of DVD and Blu-Ray titles produced for the educational market while at Disney Educational Productions. Massey started his career as an agent in training at Abrams Artists Agency.
