JoJo Zhou (she/they) is a writer and dramaturg across many mediums. She is Head of Narrative on Massive Monster’s 'Cult of the Lamb', was a writer for DragonBear Studios 'Innchanted', as well as a playwright whose work has been selected for various programs including Belvoir Street Theatre’s 25A, Gasworks Arts Park, Critical Stages, ATYP, Sydney Fringe Festival, Bondi Feast, the Old 505, and Outpost Theatre. They have worked as a writer on screen and multimedia projects, podcasts and audio works, performance art and installations for Shopfront Arts Co-Op, Artstate Festival, Tantrum Youth Arts and others, and does dramaturgy and literary work with Griffin Theatre Company. She was a member of Screen Australia’s Future Leaders Delegation in 2024, and holds a Master of Fine Arts (Writing for Performance) from NIDA. JoJo is passionate about the transformation of story across mediums, and creating powerful and unique experiences for artists and audiences alike.
